Cyril Leung

Cyril Leung is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of British Columbia. His research interests include wireless communications systems, data security, and technologies to support active independent living for the elderly. He has taught courses such as EECE 566 – Information Theory, ELEC 431 – Communication Systems, and EECE 571K – Cryptography and Communication Network Security. Leung holds a BSc (first-class honours) from Imperial College, London, and MS and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
