Regular biography
Jeff Moorad is an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at the University of California, Los Angeles, Anderson School of Management. He teaches the Business of Sports class, which focuses on enhancing students' capacity to succeed in the global sports marketing environment. Moorad is also a board member of the Center for Management of Enterprise in Media, Entertainment & Sports (MEMES) at UCLA Anderson. His professional career includes roles as chairman of Morgan Lewis’s global sports industry initiative, founder and chairman of the Jeffrey S. Moorad Center for the Study of Sports Law at Villanova University School of Law, and CEO and minority owner of Major League Baseball teams. He is actively involved in ALS research through Augie’s Quest and serves on the board of Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen).
