Andrea Eisfeldt is the Laurence D. and Lori W. Fink Endowed Chair in Finance and Professor of Finance at the University of California, Los Angeles, Anderson School of Management. She has been teaching at UCLA since 2010, following a tenure track career at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Eisfeldt's research focuses on macroeconomics and finance, including market liquidity, intangibles in asset pricing, and over-the-counter markets. She has received several research awards, including the Smith Breeden Distinguished Paper prize and the Smith Breeden First Place Paper award. Her recent work examines the impact of equity-based pay on income and wealth inequality. Eisfeldt is also involved in various academic boards and editorial roles, including the American Finance Association and the Journal of Monetary Economics.
