Jane Guerin Senior

Jane Guerin Senior is a Continuing Lecturer in Accounting at the University of California, Los Angeles, Anderson School of Management. With a background in law and mediation, she brings real-world experience to her teaching, focusing on areas such as business law, corporate governance, and nonprofit management. She has taught graduate business law classes and developed a course on nonprofit law and management for the Social Impact Specialization. Guerin also serves as a Faculty Advisor for several programs and maintains a law office specializing in nonprofit organizations. She is a mediator for employment, corporate, and partnership disputes and has previously taught at other UC business schools.
