Iris Firstenberg is an Adjunct Professor of Management and Organizations at the University of California, Los Angeles, Anderson School of Management. Her research and teaching focus on creative problem solving and innovative thinking strategies. Firstenberg specializes in developing practical approaches to transform creative ideas into innovative business solutions. She conducts custom on-site courses and seminars for organizations on creativity and innovation. Her work includes publications on problem-solving and thinking strategies. Firstenberg joined the UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2004 and has received teaching awards from the UCLA Department of Psychology and UCLA Extension.
