Heather Maiirhe Caruso Associate Dean, Inclusive Excellence
Regular biography
Heather Maiirhe Caruso is the Associate Dean for Inclusive Excellence and Faculty Co-Director of the Inclusive Ethics Initiative at the University of California, Los Angeles Anderson School of Management. She holds the title of Adjunct Associate Professor of Management and Organizations and Behavioral Decision Making. Her research and teaching focus on organizational behavior, with areas of expertise including choice architecture, communication, constructive conflict, diversity, equity, improvisation, inclusion, leadership, and team dynamics. Caruso joined UCLA Anderson in 2018 and is committed to advancing inclusive excellence through academic leadership, research, and practice. She consults for private- and public-sector organizations on inclusive leadership and collaboration and has developed partnerships to integrate behavioral science with improvisational practice.
