Gayle Northrop Adjunct is an Assistant Professor at the University of California, Los Angeles, in the BUS department. Her research interests include Board Development, Health Systems Strengthening, Leadership Development, Organization Development, Social Entrepreneurship, Social Impact, and Strategic Planning. Northrop is a consultant, coach, and educator, and president of Northrop Nonprofit Consulting, specializing in strategic planning, organizational development, and leadership development for nonprofits, social enterprises, and non-governmental organizations. She teaches social entrepreneurship, governance, impact measurement, and strategy for social impact organizations at UCLA Anderson and leads a global immersion course on social entrepreneurship and innovation. She is also adjunct faculty at the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business.
