Regular biography
Craig Fox Harold Williams is the Harold Williams Chair and Professor of Management at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, with joint appointments as professor of psychology at the UCLA College of Letters and Sciences and professor of medicine in the UCLA Geffen School. He is also the co-director of the Interdisciplinary Research Group on Behavioral Decision Making at UCLA. His research focuses on decision behavior under conditions of risk and uncertainty, employing methods such as surveys, lab experiments, field studies, and neuroimaging. His work applies behavioral economics and social psychology to public and private sector policymaking, with a focus on improving decision-making processes in healthcare and other domains. He teaches MBA and executive courses in managerial decision-making, negotiation, leadership, strategy, and dynamic management, as well as Ph.D. courses in decision-making.
