Constança Esteves-Sorenson Adjunct

Constança Esteves-Sorenson is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University of California, Los Angeles, Anderson School of Management. She joined the faculty in 2020 from the Yale School of Management, where she was a senior lecturer. Her research focuses on how psychological phenomena influence employee and firm performance, with an emphasis on hiring, compensation, and retention policies. Esteves-Sorenson’s work has been published in peer-reviewed journals such as Review of Economics and Statistics, Management Science, and The Economic Journal. She is motivated by the rigor that economics brings to data analysis and aims to equip MBA students with methodologies for better workplace decision-making.
