Carla Hayn

Carla Hayn is a Professor of Accounting and Accounting Area Chair at the University of California, Los Angeles, Anderson School of Management. Her research focuses on financial accounting, financial disclosures, financial statement analysis, mergers and acquisitions, taxation, and the economic consequences of accounting information. She has published extensively in leading accounting and finance journals. Hayn has also contributed to the development of executive education programs at UCLA Anderson, including the FEMBA Flex and EMBA Monthly sections. She has served as a faculty member at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and the Merage School of Business. Her work includes consulting with corporate boards and serving as an expert witness in securities litigation cases.
