Hattie Chung

Dr. Hattie Chung is an Assistant Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine and of Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology at Yale University. She is a systems and computational biologist with expertise in designing methods for analyzing high-dimensional genomic data to study cellular organization in tissues. Her research focuses on the molecular basis of cellular heterogeneity and tissue organization in health and disease, with an emphasis on single-cell and spatial genomics technologies. She leads an interdisciplinary team investigating ovarian aging, cardiovascular disease, and predictive modeling of drug perturbations. Dr. Chung completed her PhD in Systems Biology at Harvard University and her BS in Biological Engineering at MIT. She is a member of the Cardiovascular Research Center at Yale.
