Christopher Beck

Christopher Beck is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical & Industrial Engineering at the University of Toronto. His research areas include Information Engineering, Operations Research, and Applied Machine Learning. His research interests span optimization, heuristic search, constraint programming, scheduling, hybrid algorithms, and dynamic and uncertain problems. Beck received his PhD from the Department of Computer Science, University of Toronto in 1999, and has been affiliated with the University of Toronto since 2004.
