Aimy Bazylak is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical & Industrial Engineering at the University of Toronto. Her research interests include multiphase flow through porous media; thermofluids; clean energy applications; polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) fuel cells; PEM water electrolyzers; carbon dioxide electrolyzers; solid-state batteries; and regenerative medicine. She is also a Professor (Cross-Appointment) in the Department of Materials Science & Engineering. Bazylak holds the Canada Research Chair (Tier 1) in Clean Energy. Her research group is the Thermofluids for Energy and Advanced Materials (TEAM) Laboratory.
