Dr Elisa Alt

Dr Elisa Alt is a Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at King’s Business School, King's College London. Her research and teaching focus on enabling individuals to act as entrepreneurial change agents for positive social change. She teaches Innovation for Impact in the Executive MBA and Entrepreneurship for family business leaders at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her research interests include social intrapreneurship, organisational entrepreneurship, and corporate change agents. Dr Alt's work has been published in leading academic journals such as the Academy of Management Annals, Journal of Business Ethics, and Journal of Management Studies. Before obtaining her PhD from the University of Seville, she worked as a creative in the advertising industry in Brazil.
