Dr Pankhuri Agarwal is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations at King's College London, Department of Economics. Her research focuses on the intersection of work, migration, technology, and slavery. With over a decade of experience in academia and the development sector, she examines how state and corporate interventions shape work practices. Her work has been published in leading journals such as Sociology, Human Relations, and The Sociological Review. She also contributes to legal and institutional reform processes in India and the UK. Dr Agarwal is currently accepting new PhD students.
