Sabrina Leslie is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physics & Astronomy at The University of British Columbia. Her research focuses on single-molecule biophysics, with an emphasis on DNA, RNA, and protein interactions and dynamics. She is also involved in the development of imaging and analysis tools for understanding molecular interactions in biological systems. Dr. Leslie's work includes the study of therapeutic oligonucleotides and the biophysics of nucleic acid hybridization. She is affiliated with the Michael Smith Laboratories and holds a joint appointment with the Department of Physics and Astronomy. Her research aims to advance quantitative health sciences through the rational design of therapeutic molecules and delivery vehicles.
