Chunlei Liu is a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley. He is also affiliated with the Helen Wills Neuroscience Institute. His research focuses on Biosystems & Computational Biology and Signal Processing, with an emphasis on brain imaging and modulation. He develops MRI and signal processing techniques to study brain structure and function, as well as technologies for remote modulation of neuronal activities.
