Ali Javey

Ali Javey is a professor in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences (EECS) department at the University of California, Berkeley. He is also affiliated with the Materials Science and Engineering department and serves as a senior faculty scientist at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. His research focuses on Physical Electronics, Power and Energy, Micro/Nano Electro Mechanical Systems, and related nanomaterials. Javey is a co-director of the Berkeley Sensor and Actuator Center (BSAC) and holds the Lam Research Distinguished Chair in Semiconductor Processing.
