Regular biography
Richard Dorrance is a Lecturer in the EECS Department at the University of California, Berkeley. He will be teaching EE 251B in Spring 2026. Dorrance received his Ph.D. from UCLA in 2015 and is currently a systems research scientist at Intel Corporation. His research interests include machine learning algorithms and hardware for wireless communications, remote and autonomous driving systems, wireless signal processing, and compute-in-memory systems.
