Jun-Chau Chien is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences (EECS) at the University of California, Berkeley. His research focuses on analog/mixed-signal integrated circuits, bioelectronics, and RF/mmWave high-speed ICs, with interests in biosensor designs, molecular engineering, and coupling semiconductor technologies with biotechnologies for new platform development. Chien received his B.S. and M.S. from National Taiwan University and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from UC Berkeley in 2015, followed by postdoctoral training at Stanford University.
