ZHU Guohong

ZHU Guohong is an Associate Professor in the Department of ECON at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, affiliated with the Antai College of Economics & Management. Their research interests include Corporate Control Market and Corporate Governance, Secretary of Board and Corporate Governance, and Entrepreneur and Corporate Governance. They have assisted in presiding over the key project of the Ministry of Finance and have presided over a project of the National Nature Science Foundation. Additionally, they have assisted in presiding over the key project of the National Social Science Foundation. ZHU teaches courses such as Finance Management Research, Intermediate Finance, Accounting, and Accounting.
