ZHOU Zucheng

ZHOU Zucheng is a Professor in the Department of Organization Management at Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research focuses on Organization Management, with particular emphasis on Ethics Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Business Ethics. He has authored numerous publications in refereed journals and books, including works on corporate social responsibility and its impact on employee behavior and consumer engagement. He has also served as a co-editor for the Journal of Business Ethics Education and held visiting professor positions at institutions in the United States and Germany. His academic career spans over three decades, with extensive experience in both teaching and research.
