Regular biography
ZHENG Xingshan is a Professor in the Department of Organization Management at Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He holds a doctorate in Business Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and has served as a visiting scholar at the University of Washington and Texas A&M University. His research focuses on motivation theory, psychological contracts in enterprises, and the mechanics of cooperation benefits among employees. He has published 25 academic papers in China's core journals and authored two treatises, one translated work, and two compiled works. His work 'A Study on the Theory of Enterprises' Human Capital Property Rights' received a third prize in the 4th Scientific Research Achievement Awards sponsored by the Ministry of Personnel PRC. He has also completed 15 company consulting and research projects.
