ZHANG Xingfu

Xingfu ZHANG is an Associate Professor in the Department of Organization Management at Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research interests include business ethics and leadership development, with a focus on the intersection of traditional Chinese learning, religion, and management. He teaches courses such as Business Ethics for MBA students and Traditional Chinese Learning and Leadership Development for undergraduates. ZHANG has been recognized as an "Excellent Teacher" in multiple academic years. His work includes publications on business ethics, perfectionism, and corporate culture, as well as translations and books on management topics.
