Regular biography
Professor ZHANG Kuo is a Professor at the Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where he is affiliated with the Department of Accounting. His research interests include Empirical Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, and M&A. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Accounting from the University of International Business and Economics. Professor ZHANG has published in journals such as the Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial Economics, and Journal of Business Ethics. He has also received several awards, including the Best Paper Award at the 3rd Accounting Cooperation Forum of Jiao Tong University and the Excellence Award of Annual Evaluation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
