ZHANG Jingshu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Organization Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University's Antai College of Economics & Management. Their research interests include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Tourism Management. ZHANG holds a master's degree in Management of Tourism Economics from East China Normal University and a doctor's degree in Human Resource Management from Fudan University. They have published articles on topics such as tourism sustainability, flexible mobility in human resources, and knowledge marketing. ZHANG teaches graduate courses in Tourism Economic Analysis and undergraduate courses in Human Resource Management, Management Psychology, and Human Capital Theory and Analysis.
