Regular biography
Dr. Tian Xinmin is an Associate Professor in the Department of Organization Management at Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research focuses on Organization Management, with a particular emphasis on Strategy Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Applied Psychology. Dr. Tian holds a Ph.D. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and has contributed to numerous refereed journals and conference proceedings. He has served in various leadership roles, including Special Advisor to the Dean of Antai College and Executive Dean of Shenzhen Research Institute, SJTU. Additionally, he has held positions in academic and professional organizations, and has received several honors and awards for his contributions to education and research.
