Regular biography
TANG Ningyu is a Professor in the Department of Organization Management at Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her research focuses on Organization Management, including generational values, inclusive leadership, and management. She holds a Master degree in Psychology from East China Normal University and a PhD in Management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She is a tenured professor and vice director of the Research Institute of Psychology and Behavioral Science, SJTU. Her work has been published in journals such as Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Business Ethics, and International Journal of Human Resource Management. She has led projects funded by the National Science Foundation of China and has received awards such as Shanghai Shu Guang Scholar and Outstanding Young Faculty.
