Regular biography
Dr. Tan Yi is a professor in the Department of Finance at Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research focuses on finance, with particular emphasis on venture capital, management of technology, and public decision-making. He has published over 80 papers in English and Chinese journals and has served as the principal investigator on several national research projects. His work includes studies on venture capital investment, the existence of venture capital firms, and the behavior of foreign and local venture capitalists in transitional economies. Dr. Tan also teaches a course on venture capital and private equity.
