SONG Zhongzhi

Song Zhongzhi is an associate professor of finance at the Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He earned his Ph.D. in finance from the University of British Columbia in 2011. His research focuses on Chinese capital markets, asset pricing, and the intersection of technology and finance. His work has been published in journals such as Review of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, and Management Science. He has taught finance courses to undergraduates, masters of finance, MBAs, and EMBAs. His research includes topics such as firm-initiated stock trading suspensions, investment shocks, and asset fire sales.
