SHI Guifeng

SHI Guifeng is a Professor in the Department of Accounting at Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research focuses on accounting and capital markets, securities regulation, and corporate governance. He has published in leading journals such as the Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Accounting & Finance, and the Pacific-Basin Finance Journal. SHI has held various academic positions at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, including Professor since 2024, Associate Professor from 2015 to 2023, and Assistant Professor from 2005 to 2014. He has also served as a visiting scholar at the Wharton School and MIT. SHI has received several teaching and research awards at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
