Regular biography
Lu Lin is a Professor in the Department of Organization Management at Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her research focuses on Organization Management, with particular interests in Knowledge management, Conflict management, and Cross-cultural Study. She teaches courses in Management, including Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviors, and Cross-cultural Management. Dr. Lu holds a Ph.D. in Management from City University of Hong Kong and has published extensively in journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Academy of Management Discovery. She is also involved in academic service, including roles as Secretary General of the Shanghai Behavioral Science Association and Associate Editor of the Journal of Managerial Psychology.
