LIU Lisha

Lisha Liu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Organization Management at the Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her research focuses on Organization Management, with specific interests in Social Networks, Organizational Learning, and Organizations and Institutions. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from Cornell University and a B.A. in Sociology and Economics from Renmin University of China. Liu has received several awards, including the Academy of Management Best Paper Proceedings in 2024 and the Shanghai Pujiang Talent award in 2022. She has published in peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Operations Management and Socio-Economic Review.
