LI Shike

Li Shike is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Organization Management at the Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research interests include prosocial behavior, ethics, power, and emotions. Li holds a Ph.D. from IE University, IE Business School, Madrid, Spain, and has published in journals such as the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, and Journal of Business Ethics. His work explores topics such as apology dynamics, guilt, and unethical behavior in organizational settings. He teaches courses in cross-cultural management and principles of management.
