GUO Kai

GUO Kai is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Accounting at Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research interests include capital market regulation, corporate governance, and information disclosure. He holds a PhD in Accounting from the National University of Singapore and previously earned a Master of Accounting from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a B.S. in Management from Xi'an Jiaotong University. His work has been published in the Journal of Corporate Finance and presented at academic conferences. He teaches Intermediate Financial Accounting.
