Regular biography
GUAN XueJing is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance at the Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her research interests include Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, Economic Uncertainty, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Private Equity. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of British Columbia, Sauder School of Business, and a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto. Her work explores topics such as the relative pricing of private and public debt, economic uncertainty's impact on going private transactions, and valuation risks in mergers and acquisitions.
