Regular biography
Gu Qinxuan is a Professor in the Department of Organization Management at Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She holds a Ph.D. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and completed her Master's and Bachelor's degrees at Fudan University. She has served as an exchange scholar at the Business School, State University of New Jersey, and a visiting scholar at the School of Business Administration, University of Connecticut. Her research focuses on creativity, motivation, organizational culture, personnel evaluation, performance management, and compensation. She has published over 100 papers in English and Chinese journals and authored several books on human resource management and organizational behavior. She is also involved in professional organizations such as the Shanghai Labor Society and the China HR Development & Practice Association.
