Regular biography
FAN XueQing is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Organization Management at Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her research focuses on Organization Management, with interests in performance dynamics, compensation, and leadership behavior. She has published in journals such as the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Management, and Human Resource Management. FAN holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from Rutgers University and has taught courses in Organizational Behavior at the MIB, IMBA, and DBIC programs.
