DAI Fang

DAI Fang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She teaches courses on cross-cultural business communication for MBA and EMBA students and has designed the Management Thoughts and Leadership Art course for MIB students. DAI has served as Co-Academic Director of the USC-SJTU Global EMBA program from 2012 to 2018 and was a senior visiting scholar at the University of New South Wales from 2010 to 2011. Her research focuses on cross-cultural business communication and leadership, with publications on topics such as disruptive innovation and the Chinese elder care industry. She has received awards for her teaching and industry research contributions.
