Dr. Xiaorong Chen is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management Science at Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her research interests include Complex System, System Optimization, and Supply Chain Management. Dr. Chen has participated in several research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. She has advised consulting projects for companies such as Cisco, Dell, and Honeywell. Dr. Chen teaches MBA and undergraduate courses, including Data, Models and Decisions, Operations Management, and System Optimization. She has received multiple teaching awards, including the Best Teacher Award in 2006 and the Most Welcome MBA Teacher Award in 2021.
