Regular biography
Dr. CHEN Jingqiu is a Professor in the Department of Organization Management at the Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She obtained her Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from Peking University in 2007 and has been affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University since then. Dr. Chen has served as a visiting scholar at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and as a Fulbright Research Scholar at George Mason University. Her research focuses on employee motivation and turnover, team learning and intervention, stress and well-being, and related topics. Her work has been published in prestigious journals such as Perspectives on Psychological Science, Journal of Applied Psychology, and International Journal of Human Resource Management. She is also a member of several academic associations, including the Academy of Management and the American Psychological Association.
