Dr. Zhaohui (Zhi) Zhang is a leading researcher in the field of genomics and cancer biology. He is a Professor at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center and holds the position of Director of the Center for Genomic Medicine. Dr. Zhang is also a member of the National Academy of Sciences and has made significant contributions to understanding the genetic and molecular mechanisms underlying cancer development and progression. His work has focused on the identification of driver mutations, the characterization of tumor ecosystems, and the development of computational tools for analyzing genomic data.
