Yan ZHANG

Dr. Yan Zhang is a Professor at the College of Life Sciences, Peking University. Her research focuses on the involvement of signal transduction pathways in Alzheimer’s disease, mechanisms of neuronal cell death, and axonal degeneration in neurodegenerative diseases. Dr. Zhang's work has been published in journals such as Neuron, PNAS, Cell Reports, and ACS Nano. She has held positions as an Associate Professor at Peking University since 2005 and became a full Professor in 2012. She is also an editor for several scientific journals, including the International Journal of Clinical and Experimental Medicine and World Journal of Neurology.
