Noah Rubin

Noah Rubin is an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of California, San Diego. His research focuses on applied optics and photonics, including diffractive optics and nanophotonics. Rubin's past work has explored the role of light's polarization state in diffractive optics, introducing systematic approaches for designing polarization-sensitive diffractive elements.
