Gabriel M. Rebeiz is a Distinguished Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of California, San Diego. His research focuses on the design of silicon RFICs for microwave and millimeter-wave systems, including phased arrays, low power circuits, active and passive imaging systems, RF MEMS, tunable filters, and antennas. He has contributed to the development of mm-wave and THz antennas and imaging arrays, and his work includes silicon-based phased arrays and imaging systems.
