Hanh-Phuc Le is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (EE) at the University of California, San Diego. His research focuses on integrated power electronics circuits and systems, with an emphasis on miniaturized power conversions, power supply on chip (PwrSoC), large conversion ratios, and smart power delivery and control for high-performance IT systems, data centers, telecommunication systems, robots, automotive, mobile, wearable, and IoT applications. The iPower3Es Lab, led by Prof. Le, explores the intersection of integrated circuits and power electronics to develop compact, efficient power management systems. He received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, KAIST, and UC Berkeley, respectively. Prior to joining UC San Diego, he was an assistant professor at the University of Colorado Boulder and held R&D and consulting positions at several companies, including Oracle, Intel, and Cirrus Logic.
