Lee Hong-Gyun

Lee Hong-Gyun is an Assistant Professor in the School of Biological Sciences at Seoul National University. His research focuses on immunology and neuroimmunology, particularly the role of glial immunity in the central nervous system and enteric nervous system. His work explores the interactions between glial and immune cells to understand inflammation and tissue homeostasis, with the goal of developing therapeutic strategies for neurological and gastrointestinal diseases. Lee holds a Ph.D. in Life Science from Hanyang University and completed postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School and Hanyang University.
