Yinghao Xu

Yinghao Xu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). His research focuses on Artificial Intelligence, Vision and Graphics, specifically 3D computer vision, generative AI, and embodied AI. Previously, he was a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford University, where he worked with Prof. Gordon Wetzstein. He received his Ph.D. from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and his B.Eng. from Zhejiang University. Xu was the recipient of the WAIC Yunfan Award in 2024 and was nominated for the Snap Fellowship in 2022.

Yinghao Xu is a researcher in Computer Vision and Computer Graphics, focusing on novel view synthesis, 3D reconstruction, and generative modeling.
