Brahim Bensaou

Brahim Bensaou is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. His research focuses on Networking and Computer Systems, including areas such as wireless networking, data center networks, and network resource management. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Pierre and Marie Curie University, France. Prior to joining HKUST, he was a Senior Member of Technical Staff and Leader of the Networks strategic research group at Singapore's national R&D Centre for Wireless Communications. He is a Senior member of IEEE and a member of ACM.

He has published extensively on IEEE 802.11 protocols, ad-hoc networks, and content-centric networking. His research also addresses energy efficiency and resource allocation in wireless sensor networks and data centers.
