Bo Li

Bo Li is a Chair Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. His research focuses on Networking and Computer Systems, including large-scale internet content distribution, Peer-to-Peer systems, Internet topology, cloud computing, and green computing. He has been affiliated with the university since 1996 and holds the Cheung Kong Chair Professor title at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Prior to joining HKUST, he worked at IBM Networking System Division and Microsoft Research Asia. He is also an adjunct professor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology and has held visiting or adjunct professor positions at several other institutions.
